Look! It is Mark Stephens
from Access Warranty, Inc.!

I am preparing a $1,950,000.00 lawsuit against AccessWarranty.com. Their sales manager loves to hurl insults, that is until one is hurled back at him. Then he’s, well, we will let the calls speak for themselves.

The first call goes pretty smoothly when Dina calls me.

Here’s the call.

But several minutes later the spam hotline rings again and it is Mark Stephens, sales manager for AccessWarranty.com. This guy is a piece of work. Of course his wit and charm speak for themselves. Listen to the tough guy...

Here’s the second call.

Spoke with the owner, David Brand on May 16, 2005. He appears to be pretty unconcerned with the liklihood of a multi-million dollar lawsuit being filed against his warranty company. He kept telling me to click the unsubscribe links in the emails themselves. I advised him that I have absolutely no intention of doing that.

Here’s the third call.

They have ten days in which to cease and desist in the sending of email to all of the domains at www.OptOut1.com.
